It was six years ago and I still remember having to walk all the way here to get my parcel because they couldn’t deliver. Utterly ridiculous.

Every 2 months I have the displeasure of using UPS, they refuse to deliver everytime, they send a notification claiming severe weather in 20 degrees and sunshine. They continue to refuse delivery until multi calls to HR and head office. Utter incompetence in every direction.

This is a overnight shipment sitting in a warehouse in Louisville and customer service is useless they don’t know anything. It keeps getting scanned everyday and it’s the same useless scan.
