The staff asked me what I needed and provided some recommendations. He helped me with sizing and encouraged me to try different styles to see which is more comfortable.

“I stopped by the Uniqulo in Richmond yesterday and had a great experience that I wanted to share. I bought 3 crew neck sweaters in different colors but XS size is only available online. A staff named Momoka was so patient to assist me with the entire purchase from downloading the Uniqlo app, setting up the account, completing the transaction. The staff was very caring and patient. The customer service was highly impressive.”

“My wife loves shopping at Winners. However I do have a complaint. I used to be able to sit on a chair waiting for my wife to shop. Being handicapped it was a pleasant shopping experience. Now they took the seating away to my dismal! I don’t think I will take the time to come out to this winners anymore.”
