“Bought a 2025 Chevy Trax Activ from Bannister today, and I could not be more pleased with the service. I contacted another dealership about a vehicle, in which they never got back to me. Here, Travis (sales) reached to me immediately with any questions or concerns I had. I came in to get approved and test drive the vehicle, and the vehicle they brought over from another dealership, I wasn’t pleased with, so Travis and the sales manager (Owen) ended up finding another vehicle at a different lot, and went and brought it over for me! The staff ended up staying late to accommodate me to make sure I was out of there that night with the vehicle I wanted. Not once did I feel pushed or persuaded to go a different direction. Travis (sales,) Owen (manager,) and Chris (finance,) were professional and provided top notch customer service. To top it off, Travis and Owen personally washed the vehicle for me to drive off with! Would highly recommend this dealership, and will not hesitate to be back in the future!”

“I had a flat tire and after calling almost a dozen places (including Canadian Tire and Kal Tire) i was told the earliest they could patch my tire was in 2 days from now.
Ken's took me right away. I had to wait about 20 mins but compared to the 2 day quote from elsewhere, that was totally understandable.

“Our motorhome broke down on the Coquihalla and had to be towed to Chilliwack. Agrimotive held a spot to take a look at the unit for as soon as the tow truck got it there. Fortunately it wasn’t a huge fix and they got the part and had us back on the road in a few hours. There service and their kindness was amazing. I highly recommend.”

He was patient, up front, took the time to keep me informed about everything with my vehicle, and patiently explained what everything meant to me. I am so appreciative of the time he took to make me feel safe with my vehicle repair choices. I later came to Kirkpatrick's with a personal safety issue and even though being told there wasn't time that day, Sean overheard my concern and took the time to check my vehicle. “Best place in town to get your car fixed up. Although they do fantastic, efficient, work on your vehicles, its their customer service that sets them apart from other auto repair shops. The Mechanic's are excellent at communicating whats going on with your car and do a great job educating their customers on automobiles in general. Would recommend this place to anybody but especially to people who don't know anything about cars.”

“Our new go to place to take our vehicle. We moved to Cultus lake with no machanic shop. I read reviews on different shops in area. I choose this one for their reviews. I called a few months ago with an issue I was having with my vehicle and the person ( sorry didn’t get his name) helped me out with my problem over the phone. Fast forward to now of course vehicle had another issue with the heat so of course I took my vehicle there. They did an amazing job the heat is so nice to have again. Also did a few other things. They were quick and efficient and didn’t gauge the wallet. So very pleased I have already recommended them to friends. The customer service is A1 in my books. Thanks to all of them.”

“Awesome service. I had an issue with my 2003 dodge Ram where the coolant kept disappearing out of the reservoir with no leak to be found. Called around and everyone was to busy to look at it but when I called this place he was able to fit me in that day to take a look at it. I would have never guessed but it turned out just to be a cracked radiator cap. I changed it and problem was solved. Very thankful to have found this place and highly recommend it.”
“A great experience at Jesperson's. I brought my 2013 Ford Fusion in because there was a slight rubbing noise as I was driving. It turns out it was related to the brakes, but it wasn't an urgent issue. There was no hard sell, or any pressure to get the work done right away, and there was no charge for them to diagnose the problem.”
“Alternator went on the car on the way to the interior. BCAA towed the car here and from the beginning was the best experience I’ve encountered! Not only did they not like the price of the new part that was quoted on the weekend they waited til Monday to find a better deal! Once a part was located they fixed the car in record time! “My mother in laws 2012 Hyundai Tucson broke down on HWY 1 near Hope BC. BCAA recommended we tow it to Broadway Motors where they inspected the vehicle and determined the engine was completely seized. They told me this is a known issue with Hyundais/ KIA’s and outlined the steps I could take to have this addressed via a Hyundai dealership … long story is they saved my mother in law about $6,000 as the local Hyundai dealership I dealt with as a result ( also excellent to deal with ) ended up opening a claim and replacing the engine and starter motor and billing Hyundai Canada directly, Broadway Motors only charged a nominal inspection fee to diagnose the initial problem. I can’t thank them enough for helping us as they could have profited from an engine replacement but their integrity and honesty would make me a loyal lifetime customer if I lived anywhere near Chilliwack .”

“I took my jeep to Ralph's for a 2nd opinion of what I was told was wrong with it. Chris, the manager, took a look at it for no cost and let me know his thoughts. Well long story made short, he did us a huge solid and took great care of us. He is a fine example of what a manager should be. Called me right away when an issue came up so it could be addressed and had my jeep done in less time then originally thought. The bill was a genuine surprise as I was expecting to pay more than what he charged. 10/10, 100% highly recommend.”
