If you take longer than 30 days to get back there for a return, you are SOL like I was today. They have a nice extended warranty for products purchased there but maybe it is not worth driving past HD and Adam’s tarp and tool to get to KMS.”
“I had the best experience at this Home Depot yesterday! I don't usually right reviews but the phenomenal service I got from one of the managers yesterday blew me away. I think his name was Brandon or something, so sorry I don't remember. yesterday I went in and purchashed over $1,000 worth of tools most of which I bought double. when I got home (on an island an hour and a half away) I realized I got double charged for an air hose. when I called up the store they were so incredibly helpful and after a few questions they promptly sent me back the money. thank you so much for your help and making my day!”
