“I was looking for an angled hinge that turned out super hard to find. After driving to a couple of hardware stores with no success, I decided to call around a little before I kept driving. I called the Castle store and explained what I was looking for. I requested if they could let me know if they had the item before I drove down there. The staff who took my call was very helpful, put me on a quick hold and were able to confirm that they had the item in stock. I went in, the staff helped me locate the item and I was on my way. A prime example of why brick and mortar stores still have a place, even when someone like me pretty much always prefers online shopping. Hint: it is good and personable customer service !”
