“I was driving home from a physio appointment and remembered we were almost out of food for our dog. Our baby just had fallen asleep in his car seat. I couldn’t leave him alone in the car but also didn’t want to wake him up by moving him. The team at bone and biscuit brought the dog food to my car where I had to do neither. Now I can see why my husband never wants to buy elsewhere. We support their family and theirs support ours. Let’s all support these local businesses in Port Moody so we don’t lose our sense of community.”

“I ordered a Hummers Hearth heater for a cold snap, and threw in a window hummingbird feeder too. They called to be sure I knew the heater didn't work for that in case I didn't know, and also included a 15w bulb for the heater for my little birdie pals while it's so cold. Such excellent service! Support these guys and not Amazon! Spot the little hummer!”

“Really fantastic variety and the quality of the food brands is top tier. They also have a loyalty program that gets you a bag of food free after a certain number of purchases. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who is looking to get their pets a quality, varied diet without having to do a lot of research beforehand, as they don't bring in "junk" foods.”

“Bought a cake for my dog's 1st birthday the turnaround was great and quick. It was a great addition. However the bone was pretty big for one dog and I didn't really enjoy it. I will make sure that the dog likes it, before we buy it. I would give 5 overall but my dog didn't like it.”

“One of my favourite pet stores. I am a huge fan of a deal, and they have a corner dedicated to discounted items! Great staff here that always make me feel welcome. The staff is always ready to help, custom order things, and give my dogs treats.My only complaint is that they stock knock off prong collars which are not safe for dogs and dangerous for multiple reasons - they feel sharp, they break, they are not up to the standards that a prong collar should be. This is not the stores fault though, as they are sent things from corporate to sell. Hopefully they will stock the good brands or remove the dangerous ones. (Hint: herm-sprenger make good quality and safe products)”

“I like this store. The staff are knowledgeable and they have a very good selection. My cat happened to develop an allergy to anything Chicken. A staff member helped me find a one protein food that my cat now eats and no longer has the symptoms she had previously. My cat is way healthier now so I'm really happy I came here. Top marks. She was incredibly attentive. Without us even needing to ask for assistance, she approached us and asked if we needed any help. Her proactive approach to customer service was truly refreshing.Our mission that day was to find cat food, specifically in a larger bag size than what was readily available. Megan, without hesitation, went above and beyond to assist us. She checked the stock in the back of the store to see if they had the larger bag we were looking for. Unfortunately, they didn't have it in stock at that time.However, Megan didn't stop there. She kindly offered us the option to purchase two of the smaller bags and calculated the price for us, making sure it equaled the cost of the larger bag we originally wanted. Her willingness to find a solution that worked for us was truly remarkable.Megan's dedication to customer satisfaction left a lasting impression on us.
