“Awesome retailer. I contacted them via email, told them what vehicle I drive and roof rack I have. They recommend a roof top tent model that would fit my vehicle and lifestyle. I purchased it on a Monday it was delivered with every part I required in perfect shape on a Thursday. I was camping with the tent on the Friday.

Lavern, is amazing. I was in need of accessories for my truck, he said he was gonna look around and call me, and within less than an hour he called back! Lots of places forget to call but he was on top of it. He has such a bubbly and humble personality. Very attentive and this guy knows his job, he knows the industry and business and communication which is just perfect for Canadian Citizens like us! If you're looking for a great price, great service from people who go out of their way to actually want to help you, this is the place and Lavern is the one. He has an assistant there who does the assembly of the parts, i think his name is Pierce - I forget the name, but he is equally nice. These guys don't waste time, they're very well mannered, and polite. Vancouver needs more of these kinda people and employees like them. Definitely recommend anytime, anyday, you won't regret going to this place, if there was a 10 star I would happily give that!”

“Amazing guys here. Dropped my rear axle off on friday afternoon and they got it working perfectly by monday at noon. Very tight time frame and they delivered not only ontime but early. These are the only guys i'll be having do my axles and transmission work. They got told me originally Tuesday by end of day and they called me just after noon on monday to let me know it was ready. Will be sending everybody i know that needs differential work done. They gave me options for the bearings needing to be done. They kept me updated on what was happening with it and what the issues were with it. Another shop 2 years ago charged me nearly $700 for one axle shaft bearing. These guys did both and the carrier bearing for less then a grand. Got my jeep back on the road and driving perfectly and best of all QUIETLY.”

“I recent bought AMP Powersteps from Action and I had them install them. Their price was lower than other shops. The purchase went well, no delays, and customer service was good. On the install day, everything went as expected, and it was done on time. Install cost was on par with other shops. I am enjoying the powersteps, a much needed product since I got a 6 inch lift on my truck.”

“They were fast and accommodating. I damaged the side of my car on a pillar. Found them on icbc’s website. They needed me to wait about two weeks to get the car in, cause I needed a loaner and it wasn’t available for a bit. They met that deadline then said it would be in the shop about a week. I dropped it Monday, got it back Friday, repairs and detailed.
They were easy to deal with, delivered on all their promised deadlines, and handled all the ICBC side of the work of the transaction. No complaints.”
“Responsive, respectful, efficient! Highly recommend. They did an excellent job and handled my ICBC hit-and-run claim accordingly. I contacted 4 other shops and they're the only ones that replied and took my business seriously. My car is as good as new! They repaired a scratch on my bumper, but had to get the dealership to recalibrate the sensors; albeit, the job was completed as promised! Would go with them again. But hopefully never have to do so! My only feedback/wish list is that I would have liked my car recharged and/or filled up again. Cheers!”
