“Recently rented a Santa Fe from the Budget for 2-weeks. I dealt with Karina, who couldn't have more pleasant and professional. She crisply answered all my queries when I arrived and returned, and promptly got me on my way each way.
The Santa Fe , a hybrid, was a decent SUV, although it had a lot of bells and whistles that I didn't care for. There were far too many electronic gadgets and switches for my taste - they were a distraction for me. The engine was not that powerful and was slow to pick up speed. Also no floor mats to keep the dirt off the floor carpets. I drive a 2014 Dodge Journey SXT 6-cylinder , so am used to a more powerful engine and pickup speed, and far fewer electronics. Not a fan of the hybrid or EV vehicles as yet.
But overall, I nice experience with this specific Budget location. Will use them again the next time I'm in town.”
