Tina Edmonson was the recipient of my message and although it's not her area or specialty she went out of her way to research and find me the resources I was requesting. “We came a few months ago to see our options to put our kids in swim lessons but she wasn't helpful and told us nothing is available. We came again on January 10 and thought we'd just go on a waitlist for now. We were helped this time by Steph at the front counter. She went above and beyond to help us get our kids into swim lessons and helped with our membership options. She went over pretty much everything and answered my million questions with so much patience. Brought my kids in today for their first swim lessons and Steph was there again. She welcomed my kids so warmly and went over everything with them, taking us to the change room and showing us everything to prepare us. She was so thorough that we had no issues. On the way out, once again so warm and friendly. Love her accent too!Changeroom, pool, everything was clean.Kids swim instructor was very nice too and my kids are so happy just after the first lesson. Her name is Maraya - super sweet and patient with the kids and you can tell she really enjoys her job.”
