“Okay. This is the first time ever (and probably the last time) I have posted anything on the internet under real name. It means a lot to me.First of all, for anyone who said there was no refund from this shop ever, they are wrong.I was searching for a particular product, found it on their website, and placed an order. However, when I opened the package, they turned out to be another version of the product I was looking for.I opened a refund request and provided them of the picture of the item received, and my return got approved in less than 10 minutes (not a mistake, it was that quick), meanwhile I got an email from the owner no less, and the return label was already available. The refund was granted due to information on the page not matching that of the product received (there was even such an option on the refund page).Then I went off discussing about the product and there were a lot of email exchanges and reply was quick, they listened to me and definitely were very helpful, while I was trying to look for exchange.Unfortunately I wasn't able to find any replacement product I liked so sadly had to return the item.They have updated the product's page with the correct information since then.These are real people working for this company and if you have any concern, just speak to them via chat or email.”

“I needed a new battery for my Apple 11, the process took time, involved a few staff members. I couldn’t remember my password took a hour to reset, when they put in a new battery it goes to a technician who does a full assessment on the phone, that takes two hours. So I was back n forth met with several staff members. Every single one was kind, attentive, went above and beyond to help me. Thank you good service is sometimes hard to receive this store employees are well trained and well mannered. ❤️?❤️”
