This is the worse company to deal with if you need a refund .I sent my shoes in Nov they were too small .There is no communication or updated email confirming they will issue a refund .After several emails and phone calls they said Dec 15th I will get a refund but now its Jan 5th 2026 and I chased again on another email now said sorry its used but if they are too small how can they be worn?? Their excuse is that not to give a refund so disputing the charge no refund .This happened 3 times now so poor service by supervisor and staff .Service is appalling I read all other reviews .

It's foot locker. They've been around forever and you know what to expect. The staff were attentive without being overbearing and I was able to get the shoes I wanted.

I had a great experience at the Foot Locker in Guildford Mall. Jyoti was extremely helpful and went out of his way to assist me. He arranged for a sneaker I liked to be held for me at the Metrotown branch and also showed me several other great options. I really appreciate his willingness to help and his excellent customer service.
