Four Points by Sheraton Surrey offers a convenient location close to Guildford Village Shopping Centre, described as centrally located for visiting the area. The property is going through an upgrade. Reviews note the front desk staff are friendly, excellent, efficient, and professional, providing great service. The rooms are generally found to be clean, secure, and tidy, though some are a bit dated and can have a strange smell. An attached restaurant is convenient, with friendly staff and local beers on tap, though the food is considered standard and could be better. Amenities include a 24/7 gym. Some negatives mentioned are extremely slow internet, an overpriced feel, and occasional issues like an old TV.
Beautiful hotel. I like everything about it. Breakfast , outside pool and hot tub. Unfortunately no guest laundry. Highly recommended.
