Stayed here briefly due to a diverted flight. I cannot say enough good things about the front desk staff. They were so empathetic and helpful. The room was also really nice! I would've loved to stay longer.

We hosted a professional conference and were so pleased with the service and catering led by Larissa Theovanna and with the AV support by Encore team led by Marco Porras. The food was delicious and the staff professional and courteous. Joon our floor manager was so organized and accommodating. Many thanks!!!
