“I stumbled upon Natural Focus online yesterday morning while looking for a specific flavour of tea of a brand that big name and local health stores in my area did not carry/have in stock. I do not live on the mainland and I figured I had plenty of time for this item to be delivered before the holidays since it is part of a gift. Did NOT expect next day delivery! Wow, just WOW! Incredible customer service, competitive pricing, well packaged, and bonus samples with a lovely hand written note. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friend and will be checking it out for myself too (maybe even one day in person!)”
