The staff at Pharmasave pharmacy were absolutely amazing and got me her meds by day end before the long weekend (literally an hour before closing on a Friday). “So I went online to order some essential oils that I needed. When my ordering went wierd I called the store. I was promptly referred to Kurt the online guru. He walked through it with me and it worked of course. I had put it to be delivered by mail as I had no more time in the day to pick it up. I have a very old dog at home and she gets super stressed when I leave. Next thing I know I get a call back. I though oh no somethings wrong with my payment . Turns out they refunded my delivery fee for mailing and told me they will bring it by themselves..Now that my friends is customer service A+. So many places today don't go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you Kurt for making my day lighter and giving me more time in my day to be with my old 15yr dog who hates when I leave the house..Angel”
