“This RONA stocks a good variety of items - some you may not be able to purchase from other retailers. Aaron has assisted me with some special orders on fire rated plywood, which was extremely beneficial. My first shipment was amazing, the second, not so amazing... However, it was explained that the grading process of plywood could vary, which I quickly discovered leaves much room for interpretation. Although I was not satisfied with the second shipment, Aaron provided a reasonable discount; this was exceptional, given the fact that the vendor controls the grading, not RONA. The VIP Program is worthwhile signing up for, as you receive discounts and other perks; thought it would apply for special orders, but unfortunately it does not - still a good program though. Other associates have been helpful too, thank you.”
