“Had went to 2 prior home depot looking for my promo deal but they were out of the batteries I was looking for. Saw online they had stock at burnaby so I went there. Inventory was incorrect but the staff looked vigorously for the batteries I was looking for. Did not find it but they made it right so I don't have to drive any further. Dev and this lady I forgot her name and a few other employees there put alot of effort into making it happen. Appreciate it guys and gals. Thanks”
“I was looking for hydrated lime and after the phone ringing at Home Depot for 10 min 44min until someone answered and they did not have the product that online said they did. So I phoned Home Hardware and they answered on 2nd ring and told they had what I wanted I walked in the door and was immediately greeted by a girl who offered to walk me to the products. And then another fellow jumped up totals the bag to my car. Service here was off the charts! So nice to see in this day and age and I would certainly chose this place anytime over Home Dwpot going forward.”
