“A friend in the complex we live in told us about the bath/shower security bars he had installed by Stay Able in Surrey. I called them up and a lady named Shirley answered and explained their products, prices and she could not have been more helpful. She took my information, called me back with a date for install and who the installers would be. True to her word, the 2 fellows that came to our home, Vince and Doy were on time, ready to go and did an excellent job. There was no mess and everything was exactly how Shirley had laid out to us.Just want to say a great big "Thanks" to you all at Stay Able and if anyone is looking to have the same type of work done, I would be more than happy to vouch for their services. “Five star for sure!!!We were given the most gracious and professional customer service from your manager Marillia Costa and her assistant Talwinder. We had to make a return of a Christmas tree, at that point we had been to 3 different stores. When we came to Starwberryhill location Marillia was quick to help us out and correct the issues. She went above and beyond not only checking the new purchased tree for us but to also give us a very generous discount! She said " Christmas is a special time of year and putting up the tree with our family should not be stressful, its a magical moment" We brought home the tree, set it up, its perfect! We really appreciate her kindness in giving us this moment as a family.”
