“I love everyone that works here, they are so helpful and probably have the best customer service in all of Payal Business Centre. I had a recent incident with another gold jewellery shop and ishwar came up with a solution so fast. They offer refunds, exchanges and resizing without having to worry about anything. I had bought a ring from another shop and they didn’t do anything since there was a problem with the sizing and only offered to give the gold amount back. They were aware that the sizing might not fit since it was a surprise but still did nothing about it. (One way how to lose a customer). Ishwar offered me a discount on the earrings I exchanged the ring with and I only had to pay $150 more. The uncle that helped me was so sweet and generous, he had told me to go to an atm and take out cash so I wouldn’t have to pay tax. This is the customer service everyone is looking for, they give you the best advice they don’t just want money they want their customers to be happy! I will definitely recommend ishwar to anyone and will certainly be going back.”

“**Update, Store Manger Mina set up a meeting at their store and fixed all the issues with the watch and also supplied a Branded Umberella, feeling satisfied with my purchase.
I was out looking to buy a Longines watch for myself. Walked into the store and really liked one of the new hydroconquest. Finalized the watch within minutes. Paid for it and then it was time to size it down to my wrist size. Surprisingly there was no one who could resize the watch braclet properly. I appreciate the Indian girl who did what she could do but the manager was very arrogant and kept telling me to visit them later in the week. So I went back after 2 days and there was another Wana be manager women who again took my watch to resize it and ofcoure could not do it and was told come back later next week. My schedule is so busy that I can't keep visiting the store again and again to get one watch resized, I would not prefer to buy anything from them, and I highly don't recommend the store. moreover, before buying the Watch, I was told there are a bunch of freebies which I can get with this particular brand, but after the billing, I was told that all of the freebies for this particular brand are out of stock, and they would call me once they have it, but of course. I never got the call back from them.”

It was a complicated thing to be fixed seeing as it was a custom titanium ring. Jose was able to fix the ring and it looks better than when it was new. They are extremely friendly and we will definitely be using them for all jewelry whether it’s for something to be fixed or something new!”
