“Very accommodating! I bought my wife's engagement ring in the Langley branch because I found that they were the easiest to talk to. Really glad that that is the case even in the Burnaby branch! I missed a 6 month check in for my wife's warranty which should have voided the lifetime warranty I purchased, but they were very understanding and they reached out to their manager, and gave an exception and left me with a simple warning. Definitely will buy from here in the future again! Prices are very reasonable too.”

“I’ve visited this location several times, and the supervisors are always so kind and helpful. I recently ordered a custom ring and was told it would take about eight weeks to complete. “A couple of days ago, I bought a proposal ring. I was served by Aysha, the consultant. This was the best experience I've ever had with any jewelry purchase. With extensive experience in purchasing various beautiful items and jewelry, I can say that this woman provided the highest quality customer service I've ever seen. I was very pleased to return to the store a few days later to resize the ring, and she was delighted to see us, congratulated my wife and me, and helped us in every way she could. We are very grateful to Aysha and hope that senior management will see this and take a fresh look at this employee, because she is very sincere and honest. She helped us with everything she could, and we are very pleased. I can't say the same about the similar store and employees in Surrey; we won't be going there again.”
“Some lovely items, fun to browse and the staff aren't too pushy. Bought some delicate emerald earrings with the help of Happy, one of the managers. Happy was polite, professional and made an extra effort for us, which was appreciated. 5 stars.
For MH overall, 4 stars - I prefer shopping for jewelery at stores where we don't have to ask if its a lab or a natural gem. It would be great if Michael Hill would sell only natural stones.”

I had brought in my ring to be resized, but when I came back to pick it up, it was still too tight. Yasmin took the time to understand my concern and made sure the issue was fully resolved.

“I came into this Metrotown store to enquire about warranty on a charm. The Sales associate who assisted me, Chiradeep was his name, was very helpful and knowledgeable.
He made my visit very seamless and smooth and after helping me warranty my charm also helped me chose some additional charms to add to my bracelet. He was very patient, with providing me with good recommendations to add to the theme I had on my bracelet.
He was not pushing to close a sale. I will certainly come back and buy from Chiradeep in the future.
