Outstanding Service from Manager Gaurav at Old Navy!
I visited Old Navy this afternoon hoping to find a long dress during their sale. There weren’t many options left in my size and style, and I was just about to leave when Manager Gaurav stepped in to help.
He spent a full 15–20 minutes searching for the perfect dresses for me, truly going above and beyond even though my exact style wasn’t available. His dedication, patience, and genuine effort were remarkable. Hats off to Gaurav for showing what exceptional customer service looks like — it’s clear he leads his team by example to create great shopping experiences and drive sales through care for customers.

“Recently went to get birthday jeans for my Grade 12 son. Ended up buying extra pairs for myself because they were so cute! (The baggy jeans and a pair of the Horseshoe pants) This was my first time shopping at Gap in Guildford Mall and Eunhee was the name of the staff helping us and she was super friendly and very knowledgeable - it seemed like she had been working at Gap for quite a while. I have been buying Gap for a long time and this was probably the friendliest and most helpful experience I have had in a while. I will definitely be returning to this store, for the next season of fashionable jeans and clothes!”

“After what felt like ages, I finally made it back to the store, and let me tell you, they've got an amazing collection! I ended up buying a few items, and the brown lady who works there was such a big help. She really knows her stuff, and she picked out some perfect outfits for my daughter. My daughter absolutely loved them!To be honest, I used to be a loyal customer of Bluenotes for years, but I stopped going because of some really rude cashiers, especially this one Filipino lady. She had zero manners and was just plain rude. But you know what, I can't let that overshadow the fantastic service I got from the Manager. I talked to her about the cashier's behavior, and she was genuinely apologetic on their behalf. Anyway, despite the ups and downs, Bluenotes has always been my go-to store for the best deals. I'm actually pretty excited about doing some back-to-school shopping for my kids here. Hopefully, things have improved, and I'll have a smooth and pleasant experience this time around!”
