“We visited this store to find a suit for my son, who is attending high school in Canada and needed something for his Grad Cruise.
We weren’t quite sure what style would suit him best, but one of the young female staff members was incredibly helpful and took the time to suggest a jacket, shirt, and pants that really suited him. She paid attention to every detail, including the size and shape of the shirt collar and the fit and style of the pants.
Thanks to her thoughtful advice, we were able to find an outfit that my son really loves. We truly appreciated her patience, attention to detail, and excellent recommendations.

“I called the night before to ask if any Snoopy backpacks were in stock, and they had one left so they put it on hold for me. I went in the next day and was helped by Lydia (pardon me if I’m spelling the name wrong) and she was very sweet and friendly. I definitely recommend this location as it’s easy to get to via the SkyTrain. Overall, a quick and pleasant experience. Thank you again to Lydia. Footwear guy was a little sassy but I think that's just his personality so I got behind it and he was definitely helpful so no complaints there. Perfect score for the service by Navjit and Tanner. Navjit literally picked out all the dresses for me because for some weird reason the company’s dresses run very small and there’s limited stuff in my size. She found me so many dresses on the floor. Tanner was super kind and helped me the entire time too. The staff here work so hard. If it wasn’t for the staff, I would have bought one dress only. With their help and moral support, I bought more than 20 dresses. I hope the company gives the staff credit. And every staff was super kind.”

“Hi, I wasn’t planning on going to the mall today but joined my bro n sis in law n the first spot we stopped was at Club Monaco, and had the pleasure of meeting Tori, absolutely a dream sales associate giving such a refreshing, stylish n positive vibe that is increasingly rare these days! I get anxious and typically do online shopping but I loved the spaciousness, and NY aesthetic going on. Club Monaco is a 90s staple & would also love to see the retro crew necks back with logo.
