I visited the branch to tend to the accounts of a deceased family member. Gin Kang, the branch manager, was extremely thoughtful and offered a lot of help and advice during the whole process. Thank you.

I don't know why they have so many negative reviews. I, for one, have been going to that branch for about 30 years now and ALL, not exaggerating, tellers have been nice and efficient. No excessive time wasting by waiting in line. I've banked with RBC and TD. IMHO, Fraser heights Scotiabank is THE best for me.
