I visited Old Navy this afternoon hoping to find a long dress during their sale. There weren’t many options left in my size and style, and I was just about to leave when Manager Gaurav stepped in to help.
He spent a full 15–20 minutes searching for the perfect dresses for me, truly going above and beyond even though my exact style wasn’t available. His dedication, patience, and genuine effort were remarkable. “Recently went to get birthday jeans for my Grade 12 son. Ended up buying extra pairs for myself because they were so cute! (The baggy jeans and a pair of the Horseshoe pants) This was my first time shopping at Gap in Guildford Mall and Eunhee was the name of the staff helping us and she was super friendly and very knowledgeable - it seemed like she had been working at Gap for quite a while. I have been buying Gap for a long time and this was probably the friendliest and most helpful experience I have had in a while.
