“Extremely helpful and friendly people; very slow lineups. They worked super hard to help me out and to get me in to see someone ASAP. The line at the cashiers moved frustratingly slowly the few times I've had to use it, but they did add more people onto the counter when it got bad; I think they just had some new people who were still learning the system when I was in.Was able to get in to see an advisor in very good time though, and went out of their way to get me processed ASAP, which was deeply appreciated!”
