About TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM
TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM offers a pleasant banking experience. The staff is friendly, polite, and efficient, providing excellent customer service. The location has ample parking, and the bank is clean and bright inside. However, there have been instances where a manager or supervisor was observed talking down to the long-time tellers, which was seen as inappropriate. Overall, the tellers are praised for their great service, while the management's treatment of the staff has been a point of concern for some customers.

I appreciate Sahil's help, especially I'm new comer here in Terrace, I already have my bank account in other province but the customer service in this town is different, the banking associate in this bank is helpful and super approachable even I'm not a local. Thank you Sahil!😃
