tried to phone this branch . was told that wait time for someone to answer phone was 45 min. ridiculous!!!

Customer service at the Terrace branch need training. The lady at the till never smiles, never greets us. Shes always intense in a judgmental manor.

The ATM in Terrace is locked at night!! It costs so much to take cash at another bank. There is a charge from scotiabank and from the bank machine you use!!! So frustrating. $5 is alot of money when you're broke.
