“This mall might already be my favourite in the Lower Mainland, and I always stop into Saks Off Fifth. The store is very airy and spacious. There’s never a line for the changing rooms. I don’t usually shop at this sort of store, preferring thrift stores, but I always seem to find a great dress here for an excellent deal. Absolutely worth a look for some brands off the beaten path, especially if you love dresses. The staff have always been nice.”
“A tow truck changed my flat tire to my spare tire today. After I drove off there was something wrong and I drove into the Canadian Tire in Tsawwassen. The Tsawwassen store, the Canadian Tire company and their helpful mechanic that came out to help are a credit to the industry. Not a moment hesitation, the mechanic simply tightened the bolts that were so loose he was surprised, he answered my questions on buying new tires at Canadian Tire and went back to the work he was doing. That's it. Customer service excellence. I have been a Canadian Tire customer on every possible occasion since I can remember and I'm glad I have them to go to today.”
“Went to the store for an on sale item, it wasn’t on the shelf so I asked a young female staff for help, she checked stickers and found me the item after checking with another staff member. All this time she had a smile on her face , didn’t seem bothered and kept me informed of what she did. This is a good example of excellent customer service! She was working in the coffee section and she helped another customer while she’s helping me! She’s multitasking without sacrificing the level of customer experience. Kudos!!”
