“I’m dumbfounded that there is 5 star experiences and then 1 star? How can that be? Perhaps Sleep Country should up their game on consistent customer service by having one standard and all the stores and staff adhere to it. My experience is a 10 star rating and thanks to Elana at the Richmond, BC (Coppersmith) location, I received the best service when choosing a mattress and then when the product didn’t cut it, is when I really saw after sales service at its finest. “Always admired this Canadian brand for a style that’s definitely modernistic and has other styles without breaking the bank. While it may not be Home Restoration quality, I find it super convenient to do furniture shopping while kicking around inside the mall. Usually it’s those u planned trips.
As per pics, pretty well everything in play except probably not as much bedroom frames. Definitely lots of living room sofas and tables, and decorations.
