The order ('Bio-Soy pillow'), was placed online, via the website of a local Branch of Sleep Country, on a Monday -- advised Tuesday, by 'Sleep Country Warehouse, Richmond, BC' (address above), that package had been delivered to FedEx, Richmond -- advised by FedEx that my parcel had been received, and would be delivered Wednesday -- received delivery of parcel early Wednesday afternoon. Parcel 'tracking' was provided by both of the companies involved, was appreciated, and worked well.
