“I highly recommend this business for all your vehicle repair needs. Hung and Raymond are two of the nicest guys you will meet. You can be assured of excellent service and very fair pricing. My most recent visit there was exceptional. Somebody had knocked into the mirror on the driver's side. To my inexperienced eye, it looked a wreck. The indicator light is there as well, and the whole thing was falling apart. I had visions of a nightmare claim. But Raymond had a look at it and was able to put it all back together, good as new! And there was no charge! Hung and Raymond went over my car and pointed out a few cosmetic defects. There was absolutely no pressure to get things fixed, that didn't impact the safety of my car. I don't care about a few scratches. I give this shop a 10/10.”
“I would give 6 stars if I could! Very fair and honest with estimates. I had a scrape on my car and instead of repainting etc, (which I thought it needed) they simply buffed it for a few minutes on the spot!!! Took under 15 minutes at the shop. I have also had previous repair from an accident and it was done on time and the price was quoted correctly ahead of time. Super friendly and honest shop. HIGHLY recommend Spotlite Collision!!!!!”

“Out of all the places in Vancouver to get your car repaired, I would recommend this Craftsman location!
I previously had my old car repaired there about 5 years ago and returned following a collision with my new car (Subaru forester).
The staff were communicative about the repair timeline, courteousness throughout, and made an otherwise annoying task in my day go smoothly!
They explained everything in an easy and quick way about the repair - plus made sure to highlight there's a lifetime guarantee on the repair. I got my car back in good condition with repairs, plus cleaned down and vacuumed out.
