“Took my Nissan Altima to them for an exhaust leak, he diagnosed 2 leaks and a broken muffler bracket at the rear. He ordered the new gaskets and I came back a couple days later. They replaced the gaskets and replaced a leaking coupler. They also replaced my broken rear muffler bracket. Any other muffler shop would've upsold me a whole new exhaust system. But they just fixed what was needed. So they actually saved me about $200. to $300. bucks by just fixing what was broke. I ABSOLUTELY 101% RECOMMEND HOEGLERS MUFFLER CITY!!! I'll always use them and ALWAYS recommend them to anyone that needs exhaust repair. Such an honest shop!! It'll be a sad time when they retire.”

“My new 2023 C300 wouldn’t start after work. Warning messages indicated a fault with possibly the 12V and 48V batteries. My Service Advisor Edmond patiently waited for me to drop the car off after-hours and provided a courtesy car as soon as one became available. Then together with Service Manager William they went to bat for me with MB Canada. When MB Canada refused to cover the replacement of the faulty 12V battery, William stepped in to cover it. Am so grateful to be able to count on the team here at MB Richmond!”
