“I gassed up here today by recommendation of m friends who lives nearby after I dropped them off. Shocked to see how cheap the gas was for premium, easily $0.15/L cheaper than in Coquitlam where I live which on a 80L fill up on my Range Rover is $12 saved per tank, adds up quick. On top of that I was pleasantly surprised to see the girl working outside actively cleaning up and offering assistance to the vehicles as needed (so many service stations look terrible in terms of cleanliness, this place was clean).When I went inside to pick up some lotto tickets just before 11 PM the girl working (Anu) had just finished closing up the lotto machine for the day but she happily opened it up again for me, easily could have said sorry and I’d be on my way. On top of that she was super friendly and polite.My first part time job when I was back in school was at a service station 21 years ago and I know how thankless it is. People are quick to complain but rarely provide positive feedback. Great job to both the girls working here on the night of Thursday, November 9th, 2023. Keep up the great work and I hope if the owner or management reads this you give them some kudos or a bonus.”

The convenience store was impeccably organized, with clearly labeled aisles and well-stocked shelves. I found it easy to locate everything I needed, from snacks to drinks, without any hassle. The restrooms were also remarkably clean and well-maintained, which is something I truly appreciate as a customer. What stood out to me the most, however, was the efficiency of the staff. Despite being busy, they were friendly, attentive, and quick to assist customers. I was in and out in no time, thanks to their excellent service. As someone who values cleanliness and organization, I can't emphasize enough how much I enjoyed my experience at this Chevron gas station. It's clear that the staff goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and pleasant environment for customers.In conclusion, I highly recommend this Chevron gas station to anyone in the area. “Number 8 station was always not able using speed pass app. Many times. Need to fix problem, not to cover up by paying inside. Mentioned to the attendant many times. All remains, no changes.One more suggestions to this facility is to add Wi-Fi for customer who wants to use the speed pass app.”

They greet customers with a smile, handle everything quickly and efficiently, and go above and beyond to make sure people are taken care of. You can tell they truly care about their job and about treating people with respect.
In today’s world, it’s rare to find employees who put so much pride into what they do, and this person absolutely stands out. “Prices at this gas station is competitive with other gas stations nearby. The highest ethanol gasoline octane is 91. There is also diesel and propane pumps as well. My gripe here is no squeegees. When I was here last night the squeegees were not available...not sure if the attendant removed the squeegees in the evening to prevent people from stealing them or were they stolen.”

“My experiences have been only positive each and every time we've ever stopped in for gas or a quick restroom break. Or to grab a snack or coffee or what have you, or we decided to munch and snack on.
I had been accidentally overcharged $100 but only realized when I returned home. 2 hour drive away. Upon making the discovery, I immediately phoned store and asked to speak with store manager. As I began to explain my issue at hand.. the attendant immediately understood and knew exactly what amount of money it had been. Mentioned the exact amount and he immediately told me that the $100 bill would be in the store when we return. One satisfied customer here!! Keep up the great hiring of fantastic customer representatives!!!

“Went in there last night. The store was full of people who clearly had substance abuse issues. They were filling bags and back packs with food and casually walking out of the store without paying. I was shocked. The staff did nothing and told me that paying is optional and if you don't want to pay, then that is fine. People that don't pay are never restrained and are allowed to take as much as they want. While 7-11 is to be commended for their good generosity, how long is this business model sustainable for? I off course paid.”
