“I gassed up here today by recommendation of m friends who lives nearby after I dropped them off. Shocked to see how cheap the gas was for premium, easily $0.15/L cheaper than in Coquitlam where I live which on a 80L fill up on my Range Rover is $12 saved per tank, adds up quick. On top of that I was pleasantly surprised to see the girl working outside actively cleaning up and offering assistance to the vehicles as needed (so many service stations look terrible in terms of cleanliness, this place was clean).When I went inside to pick up some lotto tickets just before 11 PM the girl working (Anu) had just finished closing up the lotto machine for the day but she happily opened it up again for me, easily could have said sorry and I’d be on my way. On top of that she was super friendly and polite.My first part time job when I was back in school was at a service station 21 years ago and I know how thankless it is. People are quick to complain but rarely provide positive feedback. Great job to both the girls working here on the night of Thursday, November 9th, 2023. Keep up the great work and I hope if the owner or management reads this you give them some kudos or a bonus.”

“On my way to Rupert Station, I realized upon arrival that I had lost my phone. Retracing my steps, I couldn’t find it anywhere. Desperate for help, I spotted a 7-Eleven store nearby and approached an employee named Saketh. He was incredibly helpful, allowing me to use his phone to call my lost phone. He even provided me with paper and a pen to jot down the address where I could retrieve it. Since I couldn’t book an Uber without my phone, Saketh went above and beyond by assisting me in getting a yellow cab taxi.
Thank you, Saketh, for your kindness and exceptional service. I truly appreciate your help—it made a challenging situation much easier. 7-Eleven is lucky to have such honest and helpful employees!”

“Went in there last night. The store was full of people who clearly had substance abuse issues. They were filling bags and back packs with food and casually walking out of the store without paying. I was shocked. The staff did nothing and told me that paying is optional and if you don't want to pay, then that is fine. People that don't pay are never restrained and are allowed to take as much as they want. While 7-11 is to be commended for their good generosity, how long is this business model sustainable for? I off course paid.”

“It's been weeks since this station became an Esso/Husky station, and the Esso Speedpass is still not working.Since the store was closed+ the gas pump was still working+the Speedpass is still unavailable, I added gas across the street.12/20ish I am happy to report that speed pass is now available! (But I think the station closes at 11pm)”

“I had a great experience at this gas station. I’m sorry I don’t know the name of the employee, so I’ll describe her appearance instead. The positive impression I have of this gas station is because of the actions of an Indian woman who was working on the afternoon of September 2.
In the afternoon of September 2, I was fueling my car at the self-service pump. I was trying to enter my details on the keypad to earn Journie points, but it wasn’t working well.
Just then, I heard a voice asking if I needed help. I looked around but didn’t see anyone, only hearing the voice again. It turns out the voice was coming from the gas station store over the intercom. She asked what kind of help I needed, and I gestured that I was fine. After I finished fueling and put the gas pump back, she asked over the intercom once more, “Is everything okay?”
The gas station wasn’t quiet. There were a fair number of cars, and there were some people inside the store as well. But this employee was consistently checking on the customers at the pumps, which gave me a positive experience.
At some gas stations, Amex cards aren’t accepted, or the receipt printer doesn’t work, so it’s common to have to walk into the office to get help or ask questions.
But here, I felt like this station and its staff really cared about their customers.
I believe that if any other customer had needed help, she would have provided very kind assistance.
I remember posting this review on September 2, but for some reason, it wasn’t completed, so I’m writing it again, albeit late.”
“I visited Petro-Canada last night and was impressed by how super clean the place was. However, I encountered an issue when my card got stuck in one of the machines. I was quite frustrated, but Vishal came to the rescue and was incredibly helpful in resolving the issue. His assistance made a stressful situation much easier to handle. My only concern is that early morning staff, he tried to give me a Google Play card but it took multiple attempts and he also even tried sending me a little pic hard without the receipt In the end I had to go back there on my board early in the morning just to get the actual Google Play card other than have the service was awesome you tried but you failed on that department other than that it was okay ?”

“Reliable charging still (late August 2023) - for this type of hardware, i.e. it turns into (free still) level 2 charging every now and then a.k.a. "Power Conservation Mode" - much better here than other Chevron locations: thumbs down to Arbutus in Vancouver and Imperial in Burnaby.”
“Prices at this gas station is competitive with other gas stations nearby. The highest ethanol gasoline octane is 91. There is also diesel and propane pumps as well. My gripe here is no squeegees. When I was here last night the squeegees were not available...not sure if the attendant removed the squeegees in the evening to prevent people from stealing them or were they stolen.”
