“So glad they're there! Typically BEST gas prices in Richmond. Living in Marpole, Vancouver, its always worth the trek across the bridge to fuel up. Full service; always friendly staff! As a member, wish their flash sales weren't always on Thurs., but above that, I'll make the effort to get out to them every time!”

“I occasionally go to this location and today I got exceptional service from Abui (not sure if I spelled his name correctly). I went there just before 4:00 pm today. It’s a cold day today and when I just got my car parked Abui immediately helped me with filling the tank. He’s very polite too.”

“Busier than most gas stations in Metro Vancouver and consistently better price per litre. Clean and well maintained. Pump staff are courteous and helpful. Best price in Richmond. Gets crowded sometimes.”
“I stopped here for gas today, and Laszlo, who helped pump my gas, went above and beyond to provide excellent service. He was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable about cars. I really appreciated his help and will definitely be back to fill up here!”

“I went to this gas station on Wednesday around 2:30, and there was an issue with the computer system. I was asked to wait for my receipt, and at first the wait was quite long. The cashier seemed a little confused. Later, another staff member named Sumit came to help. He politely explained that there was a computer issue and asked me to wait. After about 5 minutes, he asked me to take a picture from the computer, which was easy. I was in a rush, but he remained very polite, had a gentle smile, and handled the situation very nicely.”
“There was a very helpful attendant named Lazslow who helped me clean a big mess that was made in my car. Without his help I would have been late to my appointment, he went above and beyond what he should have done! Thank you Lazslow!”
“The only one Shell in Richmond, probably also the only one come with staffs ready to serve when stop by around Great Vancouver Area, correct me if I m wrong. Not sure if that kind service makes you pay more somehow, anyway I always use app for best prices.”
“They have propane tank refill here. But only for the standard 20lb tanks. Flat full fill rate only. No partial fills. So come with an empty tank to get your money's worth.”
“The male gas station attendant who worked at the noon time on Sept. 29 was very hard working and super efficient for helping me out to fill the tank and carry out a transaction at their convenience store.”
“whomever was the decision maker on opening a gas station here deserves a bonus. often its difficult to find gas stations when returning to airports, would think this is a no brainer.”
“Very good service, I just made my petro Canada loyalty card and the guy named Harinder helped me very well. The inside staff was also very polite. Very cheap gas. Must come.”

“Today was my first experience with Mobil gas station and I would have to say it was the best one as cashier Baljinder was so nice and helpful as he told me about the benefits of PC card how I can get points with every swipe. I recommend this place even for reasonable prices as compared to other stations around.”
