Went in to get a Dell high end monitor. The saleman tried to sell me the extended warranty not knowing the products comes with a three year manufacture warranty already! Its tricky to shop at Best Buy, you better study first.

Came in with a problem screw on my laptop, salesman showed his complete lack of competence, salesman said they don't sell screws without even looking at the problem. The worst service in vancouver.

Pretty helpful staff, not always the best selection but what they have is good. Wouldn't recommend it if your looking for specific stuff or parts.
