Within hours of submitting my warranty claim, I received a gift card via email. Smooth and quick. Customer service was also super helpful and followed up via email to notify me my claim had been processed.

Pretty but poor quality products. No refunds. Staff are clueless when it comes to their product knowledge (i.e. they believe what they're told, not what they can see). Oh, and head office has no corporate directory, no customer service and a looping warranty / agent call centre. Excellent company. Bankruptcy is coming.

well, I bought a backpack and payed extra for 1-2 day delivery, and well…. We are pushing in 6 days. I would HIGHLY suggest trying to buy it in person so that this doesn’t happen to anyone else
