I have used Herschel products for years. They have all always met and exceeded my expectations. The couple times I had anything go wrong (broken zipper and a broken clip) they have gone above and beyond to correct the situation. I will always buy Herschel!

Herschel supply in Vancouver BC was a fun store to visit. Huge variety of suitcases, backpacks, bookbags. Large selection of modern travel gear. We especially loved the kids section.
The store is clean and welcoming. Stock is well arranged and interesting. Everything looks very well made.
