“Supportive and inclusive team!I’ve recently been riddled with a plethora of ailments, posterior tibial tendinitis, extreme extreme overpronation (and I mean my feet are flat like pancakes), torn MCL, and bunions. These issues have seriously limited my mobility and ability to exercise.Following the recommendation from my podiatrist, I came to LadySport to be fitted for new runners.The team of ladies here were so supportive and inclusive. I was super embarrassed with my limited mobility and functionality, and they made me feel nothing but comfortable and understood. They even handled my orthotics without hesitation when switching between shoes I tried a handful of runners and ultimately purchased a pair based on their expert recommendation, and my comfort and functional needs. They are perfect! Thanks so much, and I’ll be back for my next pair!”

“They had a grand sale going on when we went in November of 2023 $10 for travelers rolling backpack formerly $60; they have everything you need- & don't need L?L! They had 3x shirts for my hubby, tote bags, coffee mugs, photo frames, sweatshirts, hooded pull overs, beanies, scarves, mittens etc2 if you forgot to stash them in your luggage! We were in another tourist area & their pullovers were $80!! ?”

“Went here to find a bike helmet as I am returning to cycling. I found a cute helmet, in a colour I liked (light blue) and with a visor to shade the sun. Decent price. I also found a pair of gloves I didn't know I needed, but am happy to have as the grips on my handle bars are a bitty irritating. Good quality stuff at used prices. Check it out!”

“I suppose you can say the shoes sold themselves but in this case, I give all the accolades to Todd! I didn’t even know the name of the store when I walked in. And when asked the question of what I was looking for, I gave my answers. Then my feet were measured followed by two pairs of recommended shoes for me to try on. The first ones, a pair of New Balance were the winners right away! My immediate reaction when walking around was, “WHOA! Every step is enjoyable!” I walked straight to the till & didn’t even look or ask for the price and bought them on the spot.A huge, thank you again to Todd and his exceptional customer service, and footwear recommendations! I will be a repeat customer for sure and highly recommend this store.”

“Recently, I have in pain on my feet, ankles, and legs so much so my massage therapist recommended me to buy new shoes. I heard that lots of people were satisfied with HOKA shoes who had the same issues like me. I visited this store buy shoes, and one person (Sorry, I forgot your name) really helped me to find the right shoes for me and he was very knowledgeable about the feet. He suggested me one pair of HOKA shoes, HOKA Bondi 8, but unfortunately, they didn't have my size. He explained to me why wearing the right size of shoes is very important and told me ordered them by online on HOKA's website. Sadly, they don't have black colors, but I ordered different colors of them for my feet. I hope I found the right shoes for me and it helps reduce my pain. Thank you.”

“I have owned 4 longboards, 3 new and 1 used, all Landyachtz. Bit biased about Landyachtz but their selection is second to none and quality is top notch. Canadian built product, and for me that is a bonus.Landyachtz engineering team puts a great deal of thought in designing and testing the new boards. For those who had the privilege to see the engineering department know its no wonder their boards are quality.Which board is best depends on each riders preference, but for me their Time Machine long board is the golden standard. It is all around marvel. Sadly, at the present Landyachtz is not manufacturing them, but I expect they will refresh it down the road. The Mummy is another great board.”

“UPDATE: February 20th, 2024 - Alan gave me a call to apologize for any inconveniences caused and tried to promptly fix the situation by issuing a refund to the card I used in the store. I suggested that it shouldn't have to come to poor reviews for these customer issues to be resolved and Alan assured me that they would look into updating their policies to improve their customer service. I've also gone ahead and increased my review from 1 star to 4 stars! Thanks, Alan!My family and I have been long time customers and so I was surprised to have been double charged on a pocket square and really disappointed to find out that Harry Rosen requires me to come into the store to get a refund. Living in Port Moody and not being downtown regularly, I can’t justify a 2+ hour trip to collect a refund based off of a mistake that wasn’t even mine in the first place. In fact, I’d still be out of money because of the gas to get down there. I was told that refunds can only be issued remotely if you purchased something online and because I purchased something in the store, I would have to make the trip in. What kind of service is that? It’s 2024 - time to get rid of such antiquated policies.”

“If you’re a big fan of the outdoors, MEC has two floors of products for every type of outdoor activity you can think of. I love browsing the products in this location as the store is spacious, bright, and you can easily find staff to help you out. I love the extensive selection they have of good quality socks, many brands which you can’t find anywhere else like Darn Tough. I also enjoy looking out for sales and even got a hydroflask bottle for less than $30 due to a sale on last season’s colours. There is so much for everyone to browse and check out. Be aware that online prices may not apply to those in-store.”
