“Bought a sofa bed for$ 250 ,paid $100 for delivery . I was pleased every aspect of the transaction. The delivery men they were on time and very good at getting the very heavy sofa in and down the hall of my small apartment building and into my suite.

“I got a new pull out couch, desk, and office chair from here and I'm quite happy with it. The couch comes apart and was able to fit through a small space. One of the pieces for the desk was damaged but Monarch sent me a new piece and I was able to put it all together. Service was helpful and friendly, and delivery was quick”

i bought one bed frame and two mattress there. when they prepared the order, they made mistake in writing my phone nbr., on the day of delivery, they were unable to deliver on the promised day, they called me but failed to reach me of course because the nbr was wrong, instead of ignoring me and let me waiting for them, they came to my home and asked the gate staff to reach me and tell me
they can't deliver on that day and say apology to me., actually, the one came
to my place to advise me they can't deliver on that day is the owner, he is very kind and responsible indeed.
so strongly recommend you to buy mattress
and bed frame there unless you look for very high class one, otherwise this one is worth for price !

“I visited Casper on West 4th Ave to try out their mattresses and bedtime gear and I had a really good experience. The shop feels calm and cozy like a little room where you can lie down and really feel the mattress instead of just touching it with your hands. I liked that the people working there were chill and they answered all my questions without making me feel rushed or pushed to buy something. They showed me a few mattresses that felt soft and others that felt firm and they helped me find one that felt just right for my back. I even got to try the pillows and sheets and they were super soft and nice. After visiting, I walked out feeling comfy and excited to sleep on what I picked. It was fun to try the beds right there instead of guessing online and I left feeling happy I came.”
