“These guys really went above and beyond for me! They were available last minute and seriously busted their butts to accommodate my extremely strict strata’s moving hours. They basically did a 4.5 hour move with all of the care and attention I would have used if I had been moving my own things and got it done in 3.5 hours. They cleared out my sole storage locker for me and even re arranged there furniture that I already had in my apartment so that I could accommodate the stuff I was bringing in. I would highly recommend, fast very professional and capable of making the right executive decisions to get the job done exactly how you ask them to!”

We didn’t see any damages or scratches in our furniture even though they are bulky and heavy and needed to be transferred in narrow areas. Got me set up with an online digital in home estimate which was really helpful-I have a very weird graveyard schedule and organizing an in person estimate would have been near impossible. After taking pictures of the rooms I wanted to move on my cell phone I got an email with my weight estimate almost instantly. I then got contacted by a few of the moving companies partnered with ImMoving. Super easy process as they had all the pictures of what I needed packed and moved. All in all pretty stress free”

“The communication between customer and staff could have been a bit better. However that did not take away from the professionalism when they came to do the job. They were on time picking up my Motorcycle and early for the drop off. They moved my 2023 Indian Pursuit, I was hesitant at first. But Frederick put me at ease letting me know they have moved large motorcycles before. The price was fair, the workers worked well with each other. And most importantly they took extreme care of my Bike. Highly recommend this team. I can't say enough good things about them all.”

Some other calls I made and some grumpy sounding guy on the other end just gave me an hourly and didn't really ask me about the size of my move.
