“September 30/ 2025 The other day called the pharmasave and spoke with Jason. I was looking for a particular face gel that I could not seem to find because I had an allergic reaction. He knew right away what I was looking for. Unfortunately none in stock said could get in Monday by late morning . September 29/2025. So since had a dentist appointment would come by Tuesday they were closed the pharmacy part to honour reconciliation day. that was nice to hear, I'm part First Nation. So said I would pick it up Wednesday. Got a call from Jason shipment was early he had got it in. So I rushed over to get it before I went to the dentist office near UBC. Thank You for letting me know and getting it in for me. You are awesome. So please check this place out great service and very nice staff you will be happy you did. You will be pleasantly surprised too.They make this Pharmasave brand proud what a hard working staff who with dedication in customer service.. Job well done Thank You”

“While looking online for less expensive Flo Vent for my little canine buddies, Montana and Nicholas, I discovered Marks Marine Pharmacy. Boy-o-Boy, Man-o-Man was I fortunate. The folks at Marks Marine Pharmacy are a great group! I am nearly 75years old and have worked for myself since 1969. I have done business with 100's of vendors, tradesmen, contractors, you name it! Never have I worked with nicer, better folks! It is my intention to continue using their service for as long as they will let me! Give them a look you will very glad you did!”

I had a really positive experience at Pharmasave Howe St. Even though I arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment and they weren’t able to help me at that moment, the staff were incredibly kind, apologetic, and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly, rescheduled me properly, and even went out of their way to cover my parking as a thoughtful gesture.

“I came to the pharmacy to get my flu and COVID vaccine. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and everyone was pleasant. Kevin gave me my vaccines and I complemented him on how gentle he was when he injected both vaccines , I barely felt the needle which is a plus in my books! He was very informative as well. Definitely a positive experience and I plan on getting my yearly flu vaccine at this pharmacy!”
“I have gone here for years, and have kept going here even when I've moved far from commercial drive, because i haven't found any other pharmacy that has offered the same level of care.
I have several chronic illnesses managed by medication, and Ja and Kunakar consistently give me information any time I've started a new medication, and check in afterwards whether I'm having side effects. The other pharmacist caught when a specialist prescribed me something that interacted negatively with a medication i was already taking.
They are kind and attentive. I also appreciate that they still wear masks, and offer walk ins for flu and covid vaccinations.”

I can honestly tell you that this Pharmacy has not only saved my life on two occasions, but has caught what could’ve been catastrophic drug interactions. Their staff is insanely qualified, knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. I wish they were open a little bit later. “Jui-Lien is the best pharmacist ever.She really cares for the clients.
I am need to be vaccinated as a part of my school internship.I contacted public health center(they had no slots left) and then the other pharmacies.None of the pharmacies had the required vaccines.
But she is the one who helped me out a lot.She contacted the VCH herself ,picked the vaccines by herself and gave me the shots and guess what I was able to get vaccinated before the deadline.
She is the best!!!”

“March 28/2025I am trying to get better and needed certain things to buy. I was giving up hope until contacted Lancaster spoke with Rob. What pleasant man. I explained what I was looking for and knew right away . So I went in on friday and got it, plus google map was wrong in directions so called the store he could see me in my car and guided me to the location, which turned out to be across the street. “It has moved to a new location next to the food court. Nearest entrance by Pennder and Burrard. A smaller location with focused selection of products and pharmacy services. It is accessible and paid parking in the area.”
“Very knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate that the pharmacist (I dealt with Ronia/Ronya) really took her time with me and gave me lots of options at different price points. Other places are cheaper for sure, though with what I bought, not by much! I will go back because I value that personal service and interaction, and actually building a relationship with the pharmacist.”
“David and his team are the best! My mom recently moved into a nearby senior living facility and needed a new pharmacist. He was so kind and helpful the moment we walked in. The service is excellent and very community-oriented. They really do care about their patients. He took the mess of medications and vitamins my mom had and organized them all into blister packs and created an easy system for me to get everything she needed in one place without me having to travel back and forth into town. Would highly recommend anyone in this area to go here for service... way better than shoppers for sure!!!”

It's so easy to drop in for a consult to talk about medication choices and vaccines, and Dennis and Tom are both thorough, willing to research complex questions, and so kind. (And they know so many customers by name, it's astonishing.)The experience here is vastly more personal and supportive than I've experienced at bigger chain pharmacies. And if you're over 55, all non-prescription products are 20% off always. It's a West End neighbourhood gem.”
