Every time I come in, the staff seem relaxed and happy, but I’ve never once seen anyone being lazy or unmotivated. They’re always working, keeping the store organized, or helping customers.
I’m a bit shy, so I usually use the self-checkout. Even then, there’s always someone nearby in case I need help, and after I finish packing my bags, they never fail to smile and wish me a good day. It’s such a small gesture, but it always makes me leave with a good feeling.
Because of that, I genuinely enjoy coming to this Shoppers.
There’s actually a much bigger Shoppers in the building where I work, but I still find myself coming back to this one. The pharmacists, the cosmetics staff, and every single store associate are consistently kind and welcoming. It feels more personal, and that’s what makes this location so special to me💝”

“I live close by and have always loved shopping at London Drugs stores in general but just wanted to leave a review here because I was served by a someone named Prince S. on Black Friday. I didn’t get a super good look at their name tag so, I’m not 100% sure if I have their name right, but they were so delightful! There was always a smile on their face but they never came off as disingenuous. They seemed like a genuinely kind person doing a great job at work while also wanting to provide excellent customer service. Shout out to Prince!!”

It seemed a team effort, I dealt with 4 different people but I was never 'dumped' on someone else, they just brought in help/expertise as needed and there were no big delays waiting for responses. Surprising nowadays.”
