About Purolator

Purolator is a place bad reputation but people had good experiences. The staff are solid, patient and helpful. They print on demand and will print a label and attach it to a package for free, even without a QR code. A quick drop off for Amazon and a self serve shipping machine ready to use are also available. Rates low and the packaging table and NESPRESSO recyle station help save the planet. Employees put extra effort to ensure packages are received and improve customer service. Front desk staff are nice and smile. Overall service fantastic and staff continue provide help.

Went there on Saturday and had fantastic service. The gentleman working on July 25, 2026 was exceptionally helpful, and polite. Exceeded any customer service expectations I had.
