Never seen someone as rude and unpleasant as Brian Lau. Who promoted him to ABM?

Poor service. Came in when it wasn't busy at all. Asked for help with two items. Found out later that I was upsold on the first item without my consent, and for the second item, when he said he couldn't help me, it was actually a simple thing to do on the RBC website.

Very good branch. The stuff are always friendly and the manager there Chilmam is very helpful! Highly recommend!
