About TELUS & KOODO UBC
This Telus & Koodo location at UBC, neighbouring the AMS Student Nest, has a well-hidden exterior that can be easily missed. Inside, the space resembles a small office. Staff provide good, helpful customer service and are patient, explaining everything calmly. They go above and beyond, corresponding over the phone to ensure services like home internet are set up and working the same day. For those activating a new contract or transferring carriers, representatives give all the required information for a seamless process and convey all the schemes perfectly. They offer great deals on plans, including unique back-to-school BYOD offers, and can validate student cards from various schools. Both Telus and Koodo offers are presented, with the additional Telus benefits like rewards and perks positioned as potentially outweighing Koodo's. The experience is recommended for anyone looking for the best network provider or a good plan. Wait times are typically short, though they may vary during peak hours.
