“I had great service here from Ahmed. This is the Fido Flagship store but they now also serve Rogers customers. I purchased a new phone and plan from Rogers the night before and asked for same day pickup of my phone which usually means within 1-3 days. Less than 12 hours later I walked out of the store with my new phone and new plan set up thanks to Ahmed who was very efficient, professional and friendly.
