“Freeman is the GOAT. I've been to other Freedom Mobiles and have had some poor experiences with associates being pretty antagonistic to my questions. But Freeman was personable, professional, knowledgeable and super helpful going through the ins and outs of plans, setup, esims, travel.
It's been years since I've bought a new phone and he made the process pretty seamless without trying to oversell anything unnecessary.
Give the man a raise!”
“Exceptional customer service in person at Pacific Centre. Thank you, Daniel! Visited to return a cable box, and he helped significantly improve several aspects of my home TV and internet package. Very pleasant and helpful.”

“Prabh was very helpful in helping me look at how I could upgrade my phone while keeping my current plan. Although we couldn’t due to technicalities, he did help me make sure I left with a new phone at a great price. He was very kind and patient while I hummed and hawed over my options.”
