Manager was extremely rude and defensive when a staff member grabbed her (not at my request) to talk to me about an issue with a lotto ticket I had purchased. The lady who manages this store needs to be fired. She treats her employees like crap and when I saw her failing a health inspection on her shift, all she could do was blame everybody else. Even the health inspector didn't want to hear her excuses anymore.
