“Wow what an interesting store. Their variety of goods goes beyond anywhere else. They sell Yoohoo. You can't get that anywhere in Canada.
They have a bunch of unique varieties of pop and candy that you will not find anywhere else.
They had dill pickle jerky. Never seen that anywhere.
A lot of items don't have a price but I found the price was fair when I got rang up at the cash. I will be back for more interesting treats.

“I managed this little hole in the wall for 5 years, and I can tell you that it has absolutely everything. It's hours are Not the latest, but if you get there before nine pm you're usually good to go ( Unless they have a newbie on that closes five minute early or something)it's always switching up It's selection of product., and most of the time the staff are friendly and helpful. It is definitely convenient because there's nothing else in the area.”

“This store is one of the very few independent convenience stores left in Esquimalt. The owner has always been very nice to me and my kids. The parking lot is small so don’t park there if you are planning to go to the shitty French fry (the worst fries I have ever tried) place next door.”

“Your neighbourly 7-11 here at Uptown, Victoria! Located just next to an ESSO filling station, this gas station convenience shop has all the items and amenities that you’d expect to find in one! My cousin was charging his car at the Uptown Center and I walked to this place to get us some samosas!
Some of the things you’d find here are:

“It’s open 24/7 which is convenient, but don’t expect a pleasant sales interaction. I’ve been told to hurry up when I’ve barely been in the store for 3 minutes, and been ignored when I say hello and thank you. The cashiers rarely ask if you want a receipt. However, the hours and the fact this gas station has status gas for Indigenous people are nice. Just don’t expect much beyond the literal bare minimum in terms of customer service lol. Your mileage may vary though, as I’ve had a decent interaction or two with a worker, just very infrequently.
EDIT: Rizo is great!! I see why the other reviews applaud him. I’m adding another star because of his great service.”

“Have been here twice in my trip (Wednesday morning and Monday afternoon) and the lady working was the same lady both times and she was very nice.
I tried some of the gas station food, so I'll update my review if it makes me sick.
Good variety gas station and convenience store, I'll have to try other Seven Elevens to compare, but it seems like a good one to me.”

“Staff are great and always friendly. My only concern was, there’s always a bunch of, sorry to say this, junkies hanging outside the store specially at night. Like tonight, i’ve visted the store around 1010pm -1018pm, while doing quick stop and shop, there ‘s 3 junkies came in and just grab stuff from the store and leave without paying. It seems like it was just normal for them to do that kind of stuff. there is only one female employee working that time. Its very risky for the staff and the rest of the paying customers.
i hope the corporate will take this issue seriously. They should hire security or ask for police presence on the area.”

About the pizza deliver to me:very hard crust and it seems the pizza went in the oven like 3 times...but the good side to it the pizza it's that they use a good amount of sauce;,,i like my pizza with more sauce so they did it right.

“I had an issue with a product, that product had a 1800# for customer service so I called them was told 2-3days but in rare cases may take up 30 days. Some 60+ days later of them stalling and running me around I went into 7eleven. I spoke with the manager and wow what a great experience that was. She was outstanding, clear communication, explained the store side of things and she looked into the matter, about a week later it's now resolved.
From the worst customer service experience I have had dealing with Incomm, to one of the best with 7eleven Hillside.
