This 7-Eleven offers the typical convenience store experience, with some notable highlights. Visitors appreciate its convenience, especially when staying nearby, using it for quick breakfast items like muffins and coffee or grabbing essentials. The staff, particularly one employee noted for being caring and passionate, leaves a positive impression. However, some issues have been reported, such as the store not being open at midnight despite online hours, and occasional stock shortages like bus passes. Food quality varies; for example, pizza may have a hard crust and appear to be overcooked, but it is appreciated for using a good amount of sauce. Customers also mention buying DVDs during busy times, noting differences between local and overseas stores, with some staff seeming overwhelmed. Overall, the store provides the expected services of a 7-Eleven, with friendly staff and convenience, but experiences can vary depending on the time and staff on duty.
Showed up at midnight. They were not open, despite what Google says. Otherwise it's exactly what you'd expect from a 7/11

I found this location super convenient while I was in town staying at the Strathcona Hotel. I would swing by in the early morning to grab a muffin and coffee while on my way for a walk around Beacon Hill Park.
