Customers should remember it is a third-party seller platform and are advised to check the reputation of the individual bookseller. Shipping can be fast with full tracking and prompt delivery, though some orders may take longer to arrive. Communication is good, though some note replies can be slow. Overall, it is a good bookstore and a very easy-to-use online used bookseller.

Biook arrived a little late and customer service never responded my emails, ok service can def improve

I ordered a book and they canceled my order. They still have the book up for sale with the same signed author and letter for more money. Although it is sold in Canada they charge me in USA dollars.
